What We Do

IDENTIFY CITY SERVICES FOR RESIDENTS

Cooperating with St. Louis City departments which provide services to the area, including the Police and Fire departments, the Street and Forestry departments, and the Building Division which enforces building codes.

ADVOCATE FOR RESIDENTS TO RECEIVE SERVICES

Trying to get better service from City departments to keep our neighborhood clean and safe, and to get better control of vehicle traffic.

ASSIST RESIDENTS WITH IDENTIFYING CONTRACTORS AND SERVICES

Sharing information about home maintenance and repair contractors, favorable loan programs, and grant programs for lower income and senior citizen residents.

PROMOTE NORTH POINTE AS A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE AND DO BUSINESS

Seeking to convince real estate and development companies to build on the few vacant lots in North Pointe.  This will include replacing fire-damaged properties with new homes.

EXPAND OUR ASSOCIATION HORIZONS

Such other community activities as members vote to engage in.
